Hanami joined Thrivent in 2025 and plays a key role in the Beloit office, supporting clients while leading event planning and marketing initiatives. Known for her smile, she enjoys creating a welcoming and engaging environment for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family, singing on the worship team at her church, and caring for her pets.
