My "Why"
My story starts in Wisconsin, where responsibility arrived early. As the oldest child of divorced parents with a mom facing long-term health challenges, I became hyper-aware of what money meant for stability, safety, and support. By 13, I was asking my dad to break down his salary so I could understand exactly what “being taken care of” looked like. I started working at 14, committed to school, and focused on building a life where I or my family never had to worry again. For years, I believed the best way to create that future was through a traditional Wall Street career. Everything changed the summer before my senior year when I took what I thought would be a temporary internship at a financial planning office. Instead, I saw families gain clarity about their futures, fear replaced with relief, and how meaningful it is when someone finally feels confident about their financial picture. Financial advising gives me the purpose I didn't even know I was missing. I realized the power of financial education, clarity, and having someone walk alongside you with both care and structure.
Today, that is still the heart of my work. My clients want guidance that feels clear, personal, and grounded in their values. My job is to meet you where you are and walk with you as we build a financial future shaped by your goals, your priorities, and your vision for your life. I love supporting cash‑intensive professionals and women‑owned businesses -- hairstylists, tattoo artists, bartenders, real estate agents, cosmetologists, and other owner‑operators building their life and income on their own terms. I also partner with people in their forties, fifties, and sixties who want a clear roadmap toward retirement that reflects their goals and is as tax‑efficient as possible.
How We'll Work Together
My approach is calm, clear, and centered on you. I start with your questions, your story, and what matters most in this season of your life. Together, we organize your financial picture in a way that feels understandable, not overwhelming. I explain things in plain language and help you connect the numbers to your real‑world goals, so the path forward feels grounded and doable.
I believe financial planning should feel supportive, not stressful. You never need to have it all together before reaching out. You bring your questions, your goals, and your life experience. I'll bring structure, clarity, and a steady partnership through every step.
All meetings are fully virtual on Microsoft Teams to keep planning accessible and flexible no matter your schedule or location.
Outside the Office
My roots run deep in the Midwest. I grew up in Wisconsin before moving to Southern California for college, and both places feel like home in different ways. I graduated from Chapman University, where I majored in finance and minored in computer science. I was also a proud member of Delta Gamma. Those years gave me a community I’m still deeply connected to today. I have an amazing friend group from college that I see as often as I can. They’re my chosen family here in California and a huge part of what keeps me grounded and energized.
Growing up, I did everything from local plays and musicals to playing volleyball year-round. I also tried my hand at entrepreneurship early with a cupcake business in middle school called “Better with Cupcakes.” I still love baking and cooking, especially when I can share it with friends. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me weightlifting, going for a run when I can motivate myself, or diving into anything related to health and wellness. I also have a soft spot for competition reality TV. And even though I now call Southern California home, you’ll still catch me yelling at the TV on Sundays with my roommate, cheering on the Packers like I never left Wisconsin. GO PACK GO!
