About Trevor

Trevor grew up in Central Illinois. As a kid, his first job was as a paperboy, and his parents helped him set up an investment account to start saving for college. His grandpa subscribed him to Kiplinger magazine and may have noticed something long before career decisions were really a consideration. After attending University of Evansville, he would use some of those investments as a downpayment on his first home.

Trevor eventually made his way to Greeley, Colorado while working as a campus minister. It was here that he met his wife Rachel and started a family. They have 3 children together, and his wife owns Mindful Massage and Bodywork. While here, he finished his Master of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. After 17 years of working in campus ministry, a good friend introduced Trevor to an exciting opportunity as an advisor with Thrivent. Having served people for many years in a relational, educational, and advice-oriented role, it was a surprising fit and provided another unique opportunity to impact people's lives in a meaningful way.

Trevor is an avid reader, rock climber, loves sports, and enjoys getting outdoors with his family. There is often a Nuggets, Broncos, Avalanche, or Cardinals game on in the background at home. After serving as the director of a non-profit ministry for over a decade, Trevor is passionate about serving his local community and the individuals, families, businesses, and organizations looking to make a difference. He knows what it's like to lead when times are lean and the value of making every dollar matter. He and his family are part of their local church, Journey Christian Church, and Trevor serves on the board of directors for Impact Colorado, Future of Faith, and his HOA.
