About Timothy Rodemeyer

I grew up in Northwest Iowa and graduated from Algona High School, where I learned the values of hard work, community, and integrity that still guide me today.

After high school, I attended Wartburg College, an experience that helped shape both my professional path and my commitment to serving others. I went on to spend 19 years in education — starting as a teacher and eventually serving as a school administrator. Throughout those years, I discovered that my true passion was helping people learn, grow, and make confident decisions about their future.

My wife, Molly, and I are raising four amazing kids who keep us constantly on the move with their activities. Whether it’s school events, sports, or community involvement, our lives are busy, full, and centered around faith, family, and relationships.

Today, I’ve found a new way to continue my passion for education through my work with Thrivent. While the classroom may look different, the mission remains the same: helping people understand their options, make informed decisions, and build a strong future for themselves and their families. I believe financial guidance, like education, should be personal, clear, and grounded in trust.
