Before moving into financial guidance, I spent almost 30 years in education and 15 years as a contract negotiator—experiences that shaped how I listen, plan, and advocate for others. I live in Forest Lake with my family, and my wife is an educator, so I have a deep appreciation for people who have commitment to their communities and the importance of thoughtful planning.
