ABOUT TAVISI SHARMA
Empathy has always been at the core of who I am. Growing up, I was the person who could sense how everyone in the room was feeling and instinctively wanted to make people feel seen, included, and supported. I’ve always been driven and independent, an only child with big dreams, but just as much as I loved planning my future (candles, cozy pajamas, and mapping out my 1-, 5-, and 10-year goals is still my idea of a perfect night), I’ve always wanted to help others build theirs.
Younger me might be a little surprised by where I am today. Especially since both of my parents are software engineers and I once swore I wanted nothing to do with data or analytics. But she’d also know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. From starting a “go green” neighborhood club at five years old to always looking for ways to leave things better than I found them, my instinct has always been to care deeply, take initiative, and add brightness wherever I could.
This career brings together every part of who I am: listening, strategy, problem-solving, and purpose. I genuinely believe taking action should feel exciting, empowering, and full of possibility. No dream is off the table. When someone trusts me during a vulnerable financial moment, I don’t take that lightly. I show up with honesty, thoughtfulness, and real follow-through.
Outside of work, I’m deeply family oriented. I love movie nights (especially at the theater), traveling together, and hosting the people I care about most. Iceland is still one of my favorite trips to date. My dog brings me endless joy, from his sassy personality to our beach runs together, and those simple moments ground me. Creating a warm, intentional home and serving the people I love is something I truly enjoy.
At the end of the day, I strive to be the kind of advisor I’d want for myself: someone trustworthy, action-oriented, and genuinely invested in helping others build a life that feels purposeful, fulfilling, and free.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because money is deeply personal, and trust around it is something I never take lightly. I see it every day. People don’t just want answers, they want to feel safe, heard, and supported. That kind of trust takes time and patience, and I’m honored when someone chooses to place it in me.
This work is especially meaningful to me because of my mom, one of the most intelligent, driven, and career-oriented people I know. Like so many people who pour their heart into their work, she was incredibly successful at earning but hadn’t been taught how to strategically grow and organize the money she was making. It often just sat there, untouched, because financial strategy felt unfamiliar and overwhelming. Watching her gain clarity, confidence, and excitement as she learned how her money could truly work for her is what solidified why I take up space in this industry. Helping people feel informed, empowered, and confident in their financial decisions genuinely brings me joy.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.
