Matthew has been a financial advisor with Thrivent since 2013. He and his wife Katlyn live in Northwest Arkansas and have one daughter and one son.

Matthew is an avid fisherman and also enjoys photography and traveling overseas on mission trips.

Matthew loves to see his clients succeed so they can spend more time doing the hobbies they enjoy with the people they care about. 

Shawn Taylor has been a Certified Financial Planner with Thrivent for over 30 years. He is married to Christina and they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

When not working with clients he can be found fly fishing, hunting, and working on their land. He has also led several Habitat for Humanity trips to Guatemala and enjoyed being on teams to El Salvador, New Zealand, and Fiji.

He particularly enjoys helping clients with retirement income planning so they have the security to also initiate Generosity into their legacy planning.

Angela joined our team in 2023 and is now a Practice Support Associate who is licensed in Life, Health & Securities. She covers both our Mountain Home and Rogers locations. She specializes in providing exceptional client support, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling and fishing.

Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence, seamless communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. She consistently strives to enhance the client experience and uphold the highest standards of service.

Jaden joined our team in 2025 as an Office Professional who is currently working on licensing. She works at the Rogers location to provide in-person support for clients.

In her personal time, she loves art, animals, and spending time with friends and family.

Jaden cares deeply about people’s financial health and enjoys solving problems behind the scenes to support the advisor team and ensure clients receive a smooth, thoughtful experience.
