About Steven Welch
In the Community
Growing up as the son of an insurance agent in the Chicagoland area, I learned early on the importance of having a clear plan for life. My dad often reminded me, “How many times do you get in a car without a destination?” The answer, of course, is never, yet so many people go through life without one. That lesson became the foundation of my lifelong passion: helping people find their direction and purpose.
For the past 14 years, I’ve carried that passion into my work in the Financial Services industry, where I help clients align their money with their values. Guiding individuals and families toward financial confidence and purposeful living especially within the Christian community across Pinellas County and beyond, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
Outside the office, I’m blessed to share life with my incredible wife, Christine, and our four beautiful daughters who keep us both busy and grateful. Family time is my greatest joy. I’m also deeply committed to ministry, serving as the Assistant Children’s Supervisor for Bible Study Fellowship in St. Petersburg, and together with Tina, leading a family-focused Bible study at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
When time allows, you’ll find me enjoying football, good food, golf, and time outdoors. I am grateful for the blessings of faith, family, and community.

Christine Welch
Christine plays an essential role in the St. Petersburg location, where her exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail help keep the office running smoothly. She and Steve make a strong and dedicated team, both professionally and personally. Married since 2009, they are proud parents of four daughters. Together, they share a passion for serving their community and church, always valuing the voices and stories of those around them.
