Matt and his wife Corinne  have four kids and are active members of their church. They enjoy vacations, serving together, and spending time with their extended family in the Tucson area.

David and his wife Kristin enjoy vacationing together and spending time with their nieces and nephews. Dave plays the guitar and loves the Chicago Cubs.

Irene has been with Thrivent since 2003. She loves providing excellent service to our members and getting to know all of our clients personally. Irene enjoys volunteering at her church, and spending time with friends and family in New Mexico.

Joshua joined Southern Arizona Financial Advisors in 2025. He earned his Associate degree in Accounting with a concentration in Tax from Pima Community College in 2024. While in college, Joshua was a member of the U of A’s Pride of Arizona Marching Band, where he played trombone. He remains actively involved in music by playing piano for his church.

Kristin Petz joined Southern Arizona Financial Advisors in 2021. She is happy to be a part of our team and welcome clients to the office. Kristin was born in North Carolina and grew up in Tucson. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband David Petz. Kristin loves to travel and always has her bags packed!
