Ghosts, goblins, and good neighbors are all welcome! Join us during the Hiawatha Halloween Frolic and Parade for our annual Halloween Open House. Bring a few non-perishable food items, enjoy festive refreshments, and stay warm while watching the parade kick off at 7:00 p.m. along Oregon Street.
