About Matthew Gigstad
As a Financial Advisor with over two decades of experience helping clients work toward financial independence, my favorite part of this career is helping clients move confidently toward their goals. I’m known for helping people direct more of their assets to the individuals and causes that matter most to them. I hold the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation, specializing in retirement portfolio management as well as tax-efficient income and wealth-transfer strategies. I joined Thrivent to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while providing for my family.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife Corinne, spending time with our children Joshua, Jeremy, Jakob, and Jessica, visiting our property in the White Mountains, working on home improvement projects, and watching football.
My family is actively involved in the ministry of our church, where I serve as Chairman of the Elder Board and my wife serves on the church staff. I also stay connected in the community through God’s Vast Resources/The East Tucson Neighborhood food pantry and by supporting the Sabino High School football program, where two of our boys play and coach football.
