Meet Liz Trotter

I was born and raised in Kansas City (Missouri!) and I have lived in Louisville since 2005. My husband, Aaron, and I are members of Northeast Christian Church where I love singing with the choir. We enjoy hiking and camping, although our two teenagers, Lauren and Miranda, are sometimes less than enthusiastic - Clifty Falls State Park in Indiana is a family favorite we frequent at least once each year.

To avoid collecting (and keeping) large breed dogs, our three 'pups' have a constant influx of playmates through MisPits and Friends Rescue where we have been fostering since March 2020.

I love meeting other non-profits in the area and supporting their mission. In the past year I have wrapped presents for Childplace Family Services, stuffed stockings for Wednesday's Child, collected items for MisPits and Friends, and Loved The Ville through their angel Tree program. I am always looking for new ways to support my community.
