My wife sent me this picture of a statistic recently that I can’t stop thinking about: 41% of parents say they're so stressed on most days that they struggle to function.  Not overwhelmed. Not busy. Unable to function. If you're a parent carrying a heavy load right now, I hope you know this… You don't have to have it all together. You don't have to pretend everything is fine. And you don't have to carry it alone. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is check on a friend, offer to just listen, or remind someone that they're doing better than they think. The world could use a little more grace for parents. And maybe a little more grace for ourselves, too. #Parenting #MentalHealth #Community
