About Katie
My career has been steered by my commitment to connecting people with tools to help them live their best lives. For 20 years, I worked as a therapist, resource coordinator, and services manager, focusing on helping people access programs to improve their wellbeing. I joined Thrivent to continue my work in helping people create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
My personal and professional background—as a single mom to an 11-year-old girl and the family services manager for the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin— inspired a particular passion for supporting clients with unique challenges. A big believer in empowering people to make decisions with courage and confidence, I enjoy working with women as well as families with children with special healthcare needs to gain financial clarity.
I have lived in the Greater Milwaukee area for 10 years. In my free time, I enjoy watching college basketball, dancing, and gardening. I love anything outdoors. I have built and slept in an igloo (I don’t recommend it!), and enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking with my daughter.

Client-Centered Services
I meet clients where they are at. In our first meeting, we can be conversational or action oriented. It is up to you! I commit to make every interaction comfortable, positive, and value-add. After I understand your goals and concerns, we spend some time gathering information needed to analyze your situation so I can make some recommendations. How and what you implement is up to you. I am here to help advance your goals and create options to improve your financial picture.
