During Thrivent's National Women's Advisor Conference last week, I had the opportunity to listen to (and meet!) Olympic Cross-Country Skiing Gold Medalist Jessie Diggins. She reminded us all that mindset, grit, and momentum are a huge part of what it takes to reach your goals; at the same time, taking care of yourself is crucial to reaching those goals too! The culture of encouragement and mutual support at the conference is exactly the type of thing that helps keep those goals in reach.
