About Justin Starks

I’m Justin Starks, a Financial Advisor with Thrivent dedicated to helping individuals, families and organizations align their finances with their values. I believe money is a tool to create security, opportunity and impact—not a goal in itself. Through thoughtful planning and collaborative guidance, I help clients gain clarity, protect what matters most and build strategies for long-term confidence. My approach is modern, education-focused and grounded in strong relationships.

While I have deep experience serving families, entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders, my practice is built to support individuals and organizations in many seasons of life and growth. I take time to truly listen and understand what matters most, then design strategies that reflect both financial priorities and personal purpose.

Education and collaboration are central to how I serve. Financial decisions should feel informed and intentional—not overwhelming or transactional. By creating space for conversation and understanding, I empower clients to move forward with confidence.

My love of family and community fuels everything I do. It drives me to show up prepared, lead with integrity and continually improve so I can better serve the people who place their trust in me. Helping others build meaningful futures isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling.
