About Jon
Jon is located in Beloit, WI and enjoys working with young adults through retirees, helping them articulate their financial goals and build a strategy to succeed. He makes use of investment expertise, insurance, budgeting and tax strategies, along with two decades of work in higher education finance, to help make sure than all his clients – regardless of their resources – make progress towards their goals. Outside the office, he enjoys never-ending home improvement projects, good craft beer and spending time with the love of his life, Amanda, and their five children. Most of Jon’s service is focused on his children’s activities, which provide ample opportunity to coach youth sports, volunteer at Rock County Christian School and occasionally sneak in lessons about financial literacy.

Hanami joined Thrivent in 2025 and plays a key role in the Beloit office, supporting clients while leading event planning and marketing initiatives. Known for her smile, she enjoys creating a welcoming and engaging environment for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family, singing on the worship team at her church, and caring for her pets.
