About Jayme Dalzell

As a Financial Advisor with Thrivent Inspired Wealth Advisors, Jayme offers a thoughtful, process-driven approach to helping clients create financial plans that bring clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a genuine understanding of people and a strong analytical background, Jayme helps guide individuals and families toward their financial objectives through a holistic, practical approach. He crafts personalized plans that make sense both on paper and in real life—customized to each client’s unique values and priorities.

Jayme joins the team with 25 years of Toyota expertise, where he led technology transformation initiatives, and developed strong problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking skills—skills he now applies to helping clients navigate their financial journey with insight and care.

Based in Lexington, KY, Jayme enjoys walking and biking in local parks, practicing meditation, and exploring alternative medicine. He also continues to explore emerging technologies to enhance the financial planning process.
