About Dillon Reinitz
I grew up on a family farming operation raising beef cattle and pecans in Brunswick, Missouri—an experience that instilled in me a strong work ethic, deep respect for stewardship, and a lasting connection to agriculture. If you’re wondering how that path led me to Columbus, Nebraska, the answer is simple: a passion for connecting people, purpose, and progress.
My roots in agriculture and desire to bridge the gap between producer and consumer led me to earn a degree in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Missouri–Columbia. After graduation, I began my career as a Production Agronomist with Corteva Agriscience, working alongside Pioneer seed growers in York, Nebraska. That role sharpened my ability to problem‑solve, build trusted relationships, and guide others through complex decisions—skills I now bring to my work in financial services.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the Empower Financial Group of Thrivent in Columbus, NE. Alongside an incredible team, I have the opportunity to partner with individuals and families at every stage of life—providing advice across investments, insurance, banking, and generosity. Our work is centered on helping clients make informed decisions that support not only their financial goals, but also what matters most to them.
