Chris has been passionate about helping people with their financial goals since 2013. He began his career at Edward Jones, where he built a strong foundation in financial services, and in 2018, he joined Thrivent—a move that allowed him to align his work with his values. Chris opened the St. Petersburg office and later expanded Thrivent’s presence by opening the Lakeland office in 2020.
Chris calls Bartow, FL home, where he lives with his wife, Sierra, and their growing family. Together, they have two beautiful daughters—Ariana, who is full of energy at 2 years old, and little Adalee, just 5 months old. In addition to their girls, Chris is a “bonus dad” to five kids: four daughters and one son. Family life keeps Chris busy, and he wouldn’t have it any other way! Whether he’s cheering at a baseball game or watching a volleyball match, Chris loves being involved in his kids’ activities.
When he’s not on the sidelines, Chris enjoys traveling—especially trips back to his hometown north of Boston. He and Sierra also love planning staycations to explore Florida’s many beautiful destinations. At home, Chris is a hands-on DIY enthusiast, has a passion for classic cars, and is an active member of Access Church in Bartow.
Professionally, Chris is committed to mentoring and encouraging new advisors. His goal is to help them build strong relationships, start their careers with confidence, and enjoy long-term success at Thrivent. He believes that when advisors thrive, clients thrive—and that’s what makes this work so meaningful.

Phyllis Allmon
Phyllis is a graduate of Concordia University Ann Arbor, MI and Concordia University Chicago, IL. She and her husband owned and operated L.V.S. Church Supplies for over 40 years. Retirement did not agree with her, so she is, instead, enjoying herself being the Office Manager at our Thrivent office.
