We were also challenged by Zack Kass, whose insights into the next generation and the expanding role of AI in financial planning reinforced an important truth: while the tools we use will continue to evolve, meaningful advice will always be rooted in human connection.
What stayed with me most was the consistent call to slow down and go deeper with our clients. This profession isn’t just about strategies, projections, or performance: it’s about understanding people. It’s about asking better questions and truly listening:
